Who we are

These pages describe GRIT Token, presented as Brant Minor’s project alongside Max Hoops. This site does not custody tokens or money. Questions about this notice go through the public Max Hoops site or the X account linked in the footer. There is no private inbox on this page.

What we collect

The pages do not ask for a name, an email, a phone number, or a wallet connection. If you choose Accept or Reject on the cookie notice, one value named grit-cookie is stored in this browser. The host that serves the pages may keep an ordinary request log. We do not buy lists of personal information.

Why we use it

We use the cookie choice so the notice does not return, and we use hosting so the pages load. We do not use either one to sell you someone else’s product.

We do not sell it

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional analytics do not run. Reject the notice and the site still works.

Virginia

If you live in Virginia, you may ask to see the personal information we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to receive a copy. You may also appeal if we deny the request. Use the public channels in the footer. We answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we will say so and may take one more 45 days. We will not treat you worse for asking. A small project may fall below the revenue threshold in the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act. We still honor these requests.

Oregon

The program behind this token is in Oregon. If you live in Oregon, you may ask to see the personal information we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to receive a portable copy. You may opt out of a sale, of targeted advertising, and of profiling that produces a legal or similarly significant effect. You may appeal if we deny the request. Use the public channels in the footer. We answer within 45 days, and we may take one more 45 days if we say so. We will not treat you worse for asking. A small project may fall below the threshold in the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act. We still honor these requests.

California, and visitors outside the United States

If you live in California, you may ask what we hold and ask us to delete it. We do not sell or share personal information as those words are used in the California privacy law. We will not discriminate against you for asking. We do not target the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. A request from there is treated as a request to see or delete what we hold.

Children

This site is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from a child. Do not send information about a child.

How long we keep it

grit-cookie stays in this browser until you clear site data. There is no marketing profile to delete, because we do not build one.

Security

We use ordinary care and a hosted site. No method is perfect. A swap, a transfer, or a balance is public on Base. This site does not receive that data and cannot erase it. If you go on to Coinbase or Aerodrome, those sites have their own policies.
