The agreement

These terms cover these pages. If you do not agree, leave. Using the pages is the agreement. A visit is not a purchase. Buying, selling, or holding GRIT is a transaction you make with a network, an app, or a wallet you control. This site does not custody funds.

Not a law firm

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice. These pages are not a lawyer’s opinion. $GRIT is not a security, not equity in Max Hoops, and not a right to camp tuition.

Not a Coinbase listing

$GRIT is not listed on the Coinbase exchange. The Coinbase app’s in-app DEX and Aerodrome are third-party swaps. This site does not speak for Coinbase or Aerodrome. The contract address is not published until mainnet deployment.

No warranty

The pages are provided as is. We do not promise uptime, a search ranking, the accuracy of a third-party price, or that a reward will be paid.

Your conduct

Do not break the site, probe it, or use it to trick other people into sending tokens. Do not pretend you speak for Brant Minor or Max Hoops unless they have said so.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, the project and the people named on these pages are not liable for lost tokens, lost keys, lost profits, or a change in the market. Some places do not allow a limit like this, and there the limit applies only as far as the law allows. This is not a waiver of a right that a consumer statute keeps for you.

Oregon

The program is in Oregon. If you live in Oregon, the privacy page states the requests we honor, including the right to see, correct, delete, and receive a copy, and the right to opt out of a sale, targeted advertising, or profiling. These terms do not waive a right that the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act keeps for you.
