You can lose everything

The token can go to zero. Liquidity can vanish. The contract can contain errors. Markets for small tokens are thin and easy to move against you.

Not a security, not advice

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a security, a solicitation, or investment, legal, or tax advice. GRIT does not represent equity in Max Hoops, G.R.I.T. Oregon, or any company, a right to camp tuition, or a claim on anyone’s income.

Rewards are not a promise

Eligibility at 1,000 GRIT does not create a right to payment. Treasury funds can be used, reduced, or held. The fee is two percent on a buy and two percent on a sell, and it cannot be increased. It does not promise a return. Do not treat holder rewards as interest, dividends, or a job. Project wallets are coded so they are not eligible to collect rewards or fees from the holder pool. That pool is for holders who buy at least 1,000 $GRIT.

Who should stay out

  • Anyone under 18.
  • Anyone in a place that bans this kind of token.
  • Anyone who cannot afford a total loss.

Taxes

A buy, a sell, or a reward may be taxable where you live. This site does not withhold tax and does not send a form unless the law later requires it.

The program and the token

Brant Minor founded Max Hoops and now serves as Director and Head Coach of G.R.I.T. Oregon. $GRIT is an experiential token. It is not G.R.I.T. Oregon and not Max Hoops. Holding it does not give you the program, a camp seat, or a share of anyone’s business. That does not make $GRIT a security, a share of those programs, or a claim on camp tuition.

Not a Coinbase listing

$GRIT is not listed on the Coinbase exchange. The Coinbase app has an in-app DEX that can swap tokens Coinbase has not listed. Using that DEX is not a Coinbase endorsement, not Coinbase custody, and not a promise that Coinbase will ever list the token. Aerodrome is a separate DEX on Base. This site is not affiliated with Coinbase or Aerodrome.
